Coach on Telegram

Link your account

1. Find Telegram coach in Integrations. It appears when Telegram is configured for the app.
2. Choose Connect and open the generated Telegram link.
3. Press Start in Telegram to complete the link.
4. Return to Peaklab and check the Connected state.

What to expect

You can chat with the coach using your Peaklab training context. Workout recaps and morning readiness messages can be sent when fresh data and the notification configuration allow them. They should not be treated as a guaranteed real-time alert service.

Disconnect or troubleshoot

If Peaklab is waiting for Start, return to the generated link and complete that step in the intended Telegram account. Generate a new link if the previous attempt is no longer usable.

Choose Disconnect in Peaklab to stop the linked coach messages. Treat the account-linking URL as personal; do not post it publicly.
