Readiness, vitals & today’s zones

Understand the guidance without treating a score as a diagnosis.

Training Readiness

The readiness band summarises available recovery context and shows a training recommendation. HRV, resting heart rate and sleep information help you understand that context. When the required recent readings are missing, the view can show Insufficient data instead of a usable score.

Vitals and personal ranges

Vitals places available readings against your own typical range. Building baseline means more history is needed. An outlier means a reading is outside that range, not that a particular illness has been detected.

Sleep, travel, heat, stress and recording quality can affect readings. Look for context across metrics rather than reacting to one isolated point.

Today’s ceiling and zones

The intensity guidance summarises the suggested ceiling for the day. The detailed zones section gives sport-specific ranges using your configured thresholds. Check those thresholds if target heart rates or powers look wrong.
