Understand when upcoming training can change.

Weekly review
For coach-managed plans, weekly reviews refresh the upcoming training block using available training context. This is different from rebuilding your entire long-term goal every day. Review the calendar after an update, especially around travel or race changes.
Near-term adjustments
Recovery checks can reduce the intensity of near-term sessions when the available data supports an easier day. They are not a promise that every low score instantly rewrites the calendar, and missing data may prevent a useful adjustment.
Intervals.icu-managed sessions remain controlled by Intervals.icu. Discuss changes with the coach, but edit the mirrored plan at its source.
Your role
- Keep availability and time-sensitive constraints current.
- Check whether new sessions have actually appeared before following them.
- Report unusually hard efforts, poor recovery or changes the data cannot describe.
- If an update seems wrong, review the plan source and ask the coach to clarify.
