Training load, fitness & form
Read the trends and risk indicators in context.
Performance Management
Daily-load bars show the recorded work in the displayed period. Fitness describes accumulated training, fatigue reflects recent demands, and form describes their balance. The FTP line helps you see threshold history alongside that work.
These are training indicators, not direct measurements of race performance. A high fitness value is not automatically a reason to add more training.
Load balance and risk
Load Balance and Injury Risk highlight patterns that deserve attention, such as a demanding recent workload or limited variation. Use them alongside recovery, your training history and actual symptoms.
An elevated indicator does not predict that an injury will occur. A low indicator does not guarantee that a session is safe.
When a trend changes unexpectedly
- Check for missing or overlapping activities.
- Check source priorities and the selected date range.
- Review threshold changes and the dates they apply to.
- Ask the coach to review the context before making a major change to your plan.
