Pacing, time & energy
Compare strategies for the same course and rider.

Compare scenarios
Conservative, Target and Aggressive offer different effort strategies. Compare them with the same rider setup so you can see the trade-off between estimated time and effort. The selected strategy also affects climb targets.
Read the outputs
- Time Estimate gives a modelled finish time and a range, not a promised result.
- Pacing Plan shows targets for detected climbs.
- Total work describes estimated mechanical work; estimated calories describe a different energy quantity.
- W′ balance describes a modelled high-intensity reserve, not a directly measured fuel tank or nutrition prescription.
Use the model as a comparison tool
Road conditions, handling, drafting, stops, weather and execution can differ from the setup. A faster prediction is not automatically a better strategy. Choose a plan you can execute and revisit it when inputs change.
