Read your Dashboard
A useful order for reviewing readiness, load and longer-term trends.
Start with today
Begin with Training Readiness and today’s intensity guidance. Check whether recovery data is current, then compare the recommendation with how you feel. A readiness score is a decision aid, not an instruction to ignore fatigue or symptoms.
Add training context
Review Performance Management for the relationship between training load, fitness, fatigue and form. Look at Vitals and recent activities next: an unexpected trend is easier to understand when you know what was recorded.
The lower sections cover volume, consistency, zones, efficiency, recovery and power. Use the range selector to choose the period you want to inspect and the unit selector for km/kg or mi/lb where supported.
Use the right comparison
- Compare your own repeated readings, not another athlete’s score.
- Check source labels and freshness before interpreting a sudden change.
- Longer ranges reveal trends; shorter ranges help review a recent block.
- A change in data source or thresholds can affect how a chart looks.
