Segments, saved analyses & goals

Inspect the demanding parts and keep a course for later.

Inspect a segment

  1. Select a detected segment in the analysis.
  2. Review distance, average gradient, elevation change and start/end position.
  3. For climbs, inspect available target power, estimated time and effort information.
  4. Close the detail drawer to return to the full course.

Save and return

Use the analysis save controls to keep the course, rider setup and course-specific goals. Saved analyses are available from the Upload view. Reopening restores the saved context and recalculates the analysis, so results can change as inputs or available data change.

Delete a saved analysis only when you no longer need that saved item. Removing an analysis is different from deleting a calendar race or your whole account.

Add a course or climb time goal

Achievable now and power-gap labels are model assessments, not promises. Remove a goal with its removal control if it is no longer relevant, then save the updated analysis.

  1. In Analysis & Goals, select Full course or an individual climb.
  2. Enter a target time as h:mm:ss or mm:ss and choose Add goal.
  3. Review the goal against the estimated time and the power gap shown by the app.
  4. Choose Save analysis or Update analysis to retain your changes.

Connect the training context

Saved course analyses and goals can give the coach more context about the event you are preparing for. Keep the associated goal and race date accurate; a GPX alone does not explain your priorities or weekly availability.
