Where Peaklab is different
From charts to decisions
Intervals.icu tells you what happened with great precision. Peaklab takes the same history and decides what comes next: which sessions, in which zones, and when to back off.
Recovery with a single source of truth
If your HRV comes from WHOOP and your sleep from Oura, you choose the preferred source for each metric. Peaklab merges overlapping activities so one ride is never counted twice.
Two ways to plan
Let the Peaklab coach own the plan and push it to Intervals.icu, or keep planning in Intervals.icu and use Peaklab as a second opinion that reads that calendar.
Using both
This is the setup we recommend for data minded athletes: Garmin, COROS or Suunto sync to Intervals.icu, Intervals.icu syncs to Peaklab, and the coach plan flows back to your calendar and devices.
Questions
Do I need Intervals.icu to use Peaklab?
No. You can connect Wahoo, Polar, WHOOP, Oura or Hevy directly. Intervals.icu is the easiest way to bring in Garmin, COROS or Suunto activities today.
Will Peaklab overwrite my Intervals.icu calendar?
Only if you turn on plan push. Each session is sent once and updated in place when the coach changes it, so you do not get duplicates.
Intervals.icu is free. Why pay?
If you are happy planning yourself, you may not need to. Peaklab is for when you want the plan written, adapted to your recovery and explained.
