Where Peaklab is different
Your whole setup counts
Many athletes trust a ring or a strap for sleep and a bike computer from another brand. Peaklab reads them together and lets you choose which source wins for each metric.
Plans that listen
Tell the coach about a work trip, a sore knee or a new goal race. It reshapes the plan and keeps the constraint in memory.
Know the course
Upload the GPX of your target event to see the climbs and compare pacing scenarios, and let the coach use it while building your training.
Using both
Garmin is not yet a direct Peaklab connection. Today, sync Garmin Connect to Intervals.icu and connect Intervals.icu to Peaklab. Planned workouts pushed to Intervals.icu then reach your Garmin calendar.
Questions
Does Peaklab connect directly to Garmin Connect?
Not yet; it is listed as coming soon. Intervals.icu works as a bridge for activities and for sending planned workouts back.
Garmin Coach is free. Why pay for Peaklab?
If your data is all Garmin and a standard plan suits you, Garmin Coach may be enough. Peaklab adds other sources, conversation, coaching memory and race course analysis.
