All your data.
One AI coach.
Your next peak.
Your rides, runs, sleep and recovery, finally together. Peaklab turns data from the tools you already use into a training plan that adapts to you.
Meet your CoachI have an hour on Thursday.
Can we fit in a quality session?
Let's make it count. Your 4 × 8′ threshold session fits in 60 minutes, including warm-up and recovery.
From your training history
to a session with purpose.
Many sources. One athlete.
Activities, recovery and your calendar, brought together with your preferred source for every metric.
Your effort is connected.
Your data should be, too.
A ride on Wahoo. Recovery on WHOOP. Sleep in Oura. Peaklab brings them into one view, resolves overlaps and gives your AI coach the context behind the numbers.
Keep your own setup.
Bring activities, sleep and recovery in from the platforms you already train with.
Make the data agree.
Choose your preferred source for each metric. See one training picture, without counting an effort twice.
Give your coach context.
Training load, readiness and recovery become the starting point for your next session.
A plan for your goals.
Room for real life.
Your history sets the starting point. Your races set the direction. The AI coach builds structured workouts in your zones, then revisits the plan as your training and recovery change.
Training blocks, race priorities and sessions with clear work and recovery steps.
Weekly reviews, recovery-aware changes and your constraints remembered.
Link your account and talk to the same coach from your phone: plan changes, session questions, morning readiness.
Every session has a purpose.

Select a workout to explore its structure.
Know the course.
Plan your effort.
Upload your cycling race GPX. Peaklab detects the climbs and uses your rider profile to model pacing targets, energy use and an estimated finish time.
Compare conservative, target and aggressive pacing scenarios. See where to push and where to recover.
Save the course, analysis and goals. Your AI coach can use them as context for your training.
Know where to spend the effort.
Your training.

How the connection worksWhat should we look at before planning next week?

get_activities {"days":7}
get_wellness {"days":7}
I'd start with the work you completed, then compare your recovery trends and upcoming race goals. That gives us the context to review your next block together.

Before you
clip in.
Will it work with my training setup?
Available connections include Intervals.icu, WHOOP, Oura, Wahoo, Polar, Hevy, Google Calendar. Strava is on a waitlist, and Garmin Connect, COROS, Suunto and TrainingPeaks are not yet available as direct connections. Activities recorded on other devices can arrive through a supported platform such as intervals.icu.
How does Peaklab handle overlapping data?
You choose a priority order for each data category. Peaklab merges activities and selects the preferred source for wellness metrics, so overlapping recordings do not become double the training load.
What does the coach actually adapt?
The coach builds a plan from your recent training, available time and race goals. Weekly reviews update the upcoming block; recovery checks can reduce the intensity of near-term sessions. You can also discuss your plan, constraints and goals in chat.
Do I need an upcoming race to use the coach?
No. Without a race on the calendar, the coach can build a rolling 12-week progressive plan around your training history and available time. Add a race goal when you have one.
What if I don't have sleep or HRV data?
You can still bring in activities and explore your training load. Readiness needs sufficient recovery data: when that information is missing, Peaklab shows that there is not enough data rather than inventing a score.
What do I need for Race Analysis?
Start with a GPX file for a cycling course and your rider profile, including weight, FTP and bike setup. Peaklab identifies climbs and models pacing targets and estimated times for different effort scenarios.
Are the predicted race times guaranteed?
No. They are model estimates, shown with a range. Your rider profile, terrain and chosen effort scenario affect the result; real conditions and execution can differ. Use them to compare strategies, not as a promised finish time.
Can I talk to my coach on Telegram?
Yes. Link Telegram to your Peaklab account to chat with the coach using your training context. You can also enable or disable workout recaps and morning readiness notifications.
Can it change anything in my connected accounts?
Activity and recovery connections bring your data into Peaklab. Google Calendar can receive planned workouts and races. The coach and MCP tools can also update your Peaklab plan, races and coaching memory; MCP is not a read-only connection.
How do I connect Claude?
Copy your personal MCP URL from the MCP Server page. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, name it Peaklab and paste the URL. Enable it in a conversation. The URL contains a private API key; rotating the key in Peaklab revokes the old connection.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, from your account settings. Deleting your Peaklab account removes its associated activities, wellness data, coaching conversations, MCP keys and Telegram link. It does not delete the original recordings stored by your connected providers.
