Sync, freshness & missing data

Understand what has arrived before interpreting your dashboard.

Refresh your data

  1. Confirm the activity or reading exists in the original provider app.
  2. Open Dashboard and check the synced status.
  3. Choose Sync and wait for completion. If a message reports a failure, address it before repeatedly retrying.
  4. Review recent activities and the relevant recovery date.

Missing does not mean zero

A dash, building-baseline state or insufficient-data message means the required information is not available yet. It is not a measured zero, and it should not be treated as evidence of poor fitness or recovery.

Power views need power data. Sleep and readiness views need recovery readings. Some trends need repeated observations before they become useful.

Reconnect carefully

If provider authorisation has expired or been revoked, reconnect from Integrations. Check category settings first: a disabled category can look like a sync problem. Disconnecting a provider deletes all data imported from it (activities, wellness, derived history); reconnecting downloads the history again. It is not the same action as deleting your entire Peaklab account.
